Specialization
We specialize in representing our clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Rogersville, Marshfield, Strafford, Fair Grove, Willard, Republic, Clever, and the surrounding suburban area. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and we are also knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
Don is a Springfield area native having been born and raised in the area. He attended the University of Missouri at Rolla. Currently, spending time with the family, traveling, and volunteering with the Light for the Lost Literature program and organization take all his time outside real estate.
Jan was raised in Southern California and has resided in Springfield since 1968, the year she and Don married. Jan enjoys their three children, their spouses and five grandchildren. She and Don spend as much time with their family and entertaining friends, as possible.
Jason, our youngest son, has stepped into the business and is enjoying his sixth year. He is much like his Father, as he is a real natural in the business. His caring nature gives him the passion you must have for this business. He is eager to listen to your needs as a buyer and find that dream home. He puts to work an effective strategy for the quick sale of your home.
Also joining the company is our oldest son, Michael. He and his wife are returning to us after 11 years in Guam where they were primarily involved in missions and education. During their last three years on the island, Michael began his career in Real Estate. Thus we are pleased to have him bring a new dynamic to our business.
Jason and Michael are also a right hand to Don with their 250+ homes they manage in our Property Management Department. They strive to manage your investment with the least amount of stress or concern on your part. They want to care for your investment, so that it will pay off dividends in the future.
